ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Manager/Manager – FP&A will play a critical role in supporting BWID‘s strategic and capital allocation decisions across its portfolio of industrial real estate projects and 100+ subsidiaries. This role is central to reporting, group-level financial consolidation, project appraisal, and long-range planning. The ideal candidate combines deep real estate financial modeling expertise with a strong grasp of IFRS/VAS consolidation, and the ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly to senior management and institutional investors.
- Financial Reporting &Modelling
- Lead the development and maintenance of all company financial models, including internal models, corporate models, corporate valuation, and project-specific models.
- Review and provide feedback on financial models developed by other team members, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform in-depth sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of key variables on forecasts and business results.
- Perform consolidating all project financial models monthly to control Group financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial models and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior management meetings, and various strategic needs of the company.
- Value-added Analysis
- Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Review operations and recommend cost saving initiatives.
- Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation, improve cash flow, and streamlining operations.
- Support preparation of board and shareholder meeting materials, including financial highlights, KPI dashboards, and strategic outlook presentations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, in which minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the real estate industry, in FP&A, investment, or valuation roles.
- Big 4 experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and VAS, with the ability to incorporate accounting standards into financial models.
- Experienced in working with complex models and complex business structures.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
