ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Manager - Accounting is based in the HCM office and other locations within company subsidiaries.

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of companies and its daily accounting operations
• Participate in the ongoing development of accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
• Be responsible for reporting all spectrum of financials to BOM.
• Perform tax review and reporting according to local legislation.
• Perform forecast of company cash flow and PL, closely monitor company cash flow.
• Significant involvement in various projects including ECM, Corporate Finance, automation etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• More than 10-year relevant experience.
• Real estate industry experience is essential.
• Experience on M&A and deal structuring is essential.
• Equity capital markets (bond or equity raising) experience is useful.
• Detailed and hands-on approach to work and strong project management skills.
• Understands details of relevant government regulations and policies.
• Able to explain complex matters well.
• Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and can manage multiple tasks at same time.
