Job Title:	Senior Manager - Accounting
Department:	Finance & Accounting
Location:	HCM office and other location within company subsidiaries
Reporting to:	Financial Controller
Subordinate(s):	TBA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee a portfolio of companies and its daily accounting operations
Participate in the ongoing development of accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
Be responsible for reporting all spectrum of financials to BOM.
Perform tax review and reporting according to local legislation.
Perform forecast of company cash flow and PL, closely monitor company cash flow.
Significant involvement in various projects including ECM, Corporate Finance, automation etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent.
Excellent written and spoken English.
More than 10-year relevant experience
Real estate industry experience is essential
Experience on M&A and deal structuring is essential
Equity capital markets (bond or equity raising) experience is useful
Detailed and hands-on approach to work and strong project management skills
Understands details of relevant government regulations and policies
Able to explain complex matters well
Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and can manage multiple tasks at same time.
